`CD^2 = (7-4)^2 + (5-8)^2 = (3)^2 + (-3)^2 = 9 + 9 = 18`

`BC^2 = (4+2)^2 + (8-2)^2 = (6)^2 + (6)^2 = 36 + 36 = 72`

`AD^2 = (7-1)^2 + (5+1)^2 = (6)^2 + (6)^2 = 36 + 36 = 72`
