1. Example-1

1. Find Like and Unlike decimals of `5.6,6.78`

Solution:
Like Decimals : Decimals that have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called like decimals

Unlike Decimals : Decimals that do not have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called unlike decimals

`5.6,6.78`

`5.6` has 1 decimal places

`6.78` has 2 decimal places

Since both numbers have different decimal places (after decimal point), so they are unlike decimals
2. Find Like and Unlike decimals of `45.67,56.78`

Solution:
Like Decimals : Decimals that have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called like decimals

Unlike Decimals : Decimals that do not have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called unlike decimals

`45.67,56.78`

`45.67` has 2 decimal places

`56.78` has 2 decimal places

Since both numbers have 2 decimal places (after decimal point), so they are like decimals
3. Find Like and Unlike decimals of `53.329,104.3,103.21`

Solution:
Like Decimals : Decimals that have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called like decimals

Unlike Decimals : Decimals that do not have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called unlike decimals

`53.329,104.3,103.21`

`53.329` has 3 decimal places

`104.3` has 1 decimal places

`103.21` has 2 decimal places

Since all numbers have different decimal places (after decimal point), so they are unlike decimals
4. Find Like and Unlike decimals of `0.3333,125.02,67.2`

Solution:
Like Decimals : Decimals that have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called like decimals

Unlike Decimals : Decimals that do not have same number of decimal places (after decimal point), are called unlike decimals

`0.3333,125.02,67.2`

`0.3333` has 4 decimal places

`125.02` has 2 decimal places

`67.2` has 1 decimal places

Since all numbers have different decimal places (after decimal point), so they are unlike decimals
