1. Example-1

1. Calculate Range, Mid Range from the following data
`73,68,67,69,72,76,71,51,85`

Solution:
Minimum `=51`

Maximum `=85`

Range `="Maximum"-"Minimum"=85-51=34`

Minimum `=51`

Maximum `=85`

Midrange `=("Maximum"+"Minimum")/2=(85+51)/2=(136)/2=68`

2. Calculate Range, Mid Range from the following data
`3,23,13,11,15,5,4,2`

Solution:
Minimum `=2`

Maximum `=23`

Range `="Maximum"-"Minimum"=23-2=21`

Minimum `=2`

Maximum `=23`

Midrange `=("Maximum"+"Minimum")/2=(23+2)/2=(25)/2=12.5`
