1. Phillips Cipher encoder
Text : ABCD efghi
Alphabet25 : key
Shift Row / Column : Shift RowSolution:The Phillips cipher is based on a Polybius square whose rows, columns are reordered to form 8 different grids. The plaintext is divided in groups of 5 letters and then enciphered using each grid.
Alphabet = keyabcdfghilmnopqrstuvwxz
Grid-1 : | \ | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | | 1 | k | e | y | a | b | | 2 | c | d | f | g | h | | 3 | i | l | m | n | o | | 4 | p | q | r | s | t | | 5 | u | v | w | x | z |

The plaintext is first divided into blocks of 5 letters.
Block-1 is enciphered using Grid-1, Block-2 using Grid-2, ..., Block-9 again using Grid-1, so on.
Each plaintext letter is located and then enciphered by the letter diagonally below and to the right in the grid.
If a plaintext letter is at last row then use the first row and if at last column then use first column
Each char and each code
| Block | #1 | #2 |
| Grid | #1 | #2 |
| Ciphertext | abcde | fghi |
| Plaintext | hclmf | abkq |
So finally
| Plaintext | : abcdefghi |
| Ciphertext | : hclmfabkq |
