1. Example-1

1. Find Convert Fraction to Decimal of `3/4`

Solution:
Method-1: Long Division Method for 3 divided by 4
 0.75
43.00
28  = 4 × 7
  20
 20 = 4 × 5
  0
4 table
4×1=4
4×2=8
4×3=12
4×4=16
4×5=20
4×6=24
4×7=28
4×8=32
4×9=36
4×10=40

`3/4=0.75`

Method-2: Expand the denominator to be a power of 10.
`3/4`

If we multiply denominator 4 by 25, it becomes 100 (power of 10).
So multiply numerator and denominator by 25

`=(3 xx 25)/(4 xx 25)`

`=(75)/(100)`

100 has 2 zeros, So write 75 with 2 decimal point from the right

`=0.75`
2. Find Convert Fraction to Decimal of `1/2`

Solution:
Method-1: Long Division Method for 1 divided by 2
 0.5
21.0
10 = 2 × 5
  0
2 table
2×1=2
2×2=4
2×3=6
2×4=8
2×5=10
2×6=12
2×7=14
2×8=16
2×9=18
2×10=20

`1/2=0.5`

Method-2: Expand the denominator to be a power of 10.
`1/2`

If we multiply denominator 2 by 5, it becomes 10 (power of 10).
So multiply numerator and denominator by 5

`=(1 xx 5)/(2 xx 5)`

`=(5)/(10)`

10 has 1 zeros, So write 5 with 1 decimal point from the right

`=0.5`
3. Find Convert Fraction to Decimal of `3/2`

Solution:
Method-1: Long Division Method for 3 divided by 2
 1.5
23.0
2  = 2 × 1
 10
10 = 2 × 5
  0
2 table
2×1=2
2×2=4
2×3=6
2×4=8
2×5=10
2×6=12
2×7=14
2×8=16
2×9=18
2×10=20

`3/2=1.5`

Method-2: Expand the denominator to be a power of 10.
`3/2`

If we multiply denominator 2 by 5, it becomes 10 (power of 10).
So multiply numerator and denominator by 5

`=(3 xx 5)/(2 xx 5)`

`=(15)/(10)`

10 has 1 zeros, So write 15 with 1 decimal point from the right

`=1.5`
4. Find Convert Fraction to Decimal of `10/3`

Solution:
Method-1: Long Division Method for 10 divided by 3
  3.33333
310.00000
 9      = 3 × 3
  10
  9     = 3 × 3
  10
  9    = 3 × 3
  10
  9   = 3 × 3
  10
  9  = 3 × 3
  10
  9 = 3 × 3
  1
3 table
3×1=3
3×2=6
3×3=9
3×4=12
3×5=15
3×6=18
3×7=21
3×8=24
3×9=27
3×10=30

`10/3=3.33333`
