Comparing `3x+y=11` with `a_2x+b_2y+c_2=0`

we get `a_2=3,b_2=1,c_2=-11`

`a_1/a_2=(2)/(3)`

`b_1/b_2=(5)/(1)=5`

`a_1/a_2!=b_1/b_2`

So the given system has a unique solution (System of equation is consistent)
