1. Formula

Mode using Grouping Method :
1. Grouping Table :
1) In column-I, write the original frequency
2) In column-II, combine the frequency two by two, starting from top
3) In column-III, combine the frequency two by two, starting from second
4) In column-IV, combine the frequency three by three, starting from top
5) In column-V, combine the frequency three by three, starting from second
6) In column-VI, combine the frequency three by three, starting from third

2. Mark the maximum total frequency of each of column-I to VI.

3. Grouping Table :
1) Note down Column-I to VI, in first row
2) Note down maximum total frequency of each column, in second row
3) Note down x or Class in first column
4) Check maximum total frequency is of one term or more than one term and mark those x or class with tick(✓)
5) Count the tick(✓) of each row

4. The x with the maximum tick(✓) will be mode
Or
4.1 The Class with the maximum tick(✓) will be mode class
4.2 To find mode, Use formula `Z=L+(|f_1-f_0|)/(|f_1-f_0|+|f_1-f_2|) * c`
